Job Description

As an HR Executive/Generalist with 4+ years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding. Your role will also involve addressing and resolving employee grievances with a fair and balanced approach, actively participating in employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records and documentation related to hiring and employee issues. You will play a crucial role in fostering a healthy and respectful workplace culture, supporting HR policies implementation, and suggesting improvements. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in IT recruitment and a good understanding of technical roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently handle employee conflicts with a fair and firm approach. We are looking for someone who is bold, mature, and solution-driven, with no room for ego or attitude. Integrity and confidentiality are key aspects of this role. Ideally, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience in a software/IT company would be preferred.
