Key Responsbilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and support.

• HR Operations & Core HR

• Manage

  payroll processing

  , attendance, and leave management.
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Draft HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain accurate HR databases, records, and documentation.

• Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, induction, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
• Support career development and training initiatives.

2 years of hands-on experience

Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
