Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Pune. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks include handling recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist will also facilitate training and development programs and contribute to various HR projects to improve overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills(Minimum 5 year)
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits management
• Personnel Management skills
• Compliance of Maharashtra & POSH ACT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
