We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Retail Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Retail module implementation and integration. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison with customers, drive end-to-end solution delivery, and bring strong cross-application integration experience (e.g., with Infor, Magento, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Lead and own end-to-end implementation of Retail-specific Dynamics 365 F&O solutions . Serve as the main point of contact for customers, driving workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. Configure Retail modules including POS, store setup, loyalty programs, pricing, promotions, and inventory . Collaborate with development and technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with D365 best practices. Handle cross-application integrations with platforms like Infor, Magento , and other third-party systems. Configure CSU’s, database groups, data replication, and related components. Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct user training and UAT support. Manage change requests, issue resolution, and provide post-go-live support. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O . Deep knowledge of D365 Retail module including Store Operations, MPOS/CPOS, Commerce, Pricing, and Loyalty Programs. Successfully completed at least 4 full-cycle D365 F&O Retail implementations . Strong exposure to integration between D365 F&O and other applications like Infor, Magento , etc. Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams effectively. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough manual and automated testing for Salesforce-based e-commerce applications. Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, report, and resolve defects. Design and implement automation scripts using tools like Selenium , Cypress , or WebDriverIO . Perform robust API testing using tools such as Postman , REST Assured , or Swagger . Work within CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , GitLab CI/CD , or Azure DevOps . Write clean, efficient test scripts using Java , JavaScript , or Python . Use test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.) to manage test cases, track bugs, and report results. Operate within Agile/Scrum teams , contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain clear and concise communication across cross-functional teams. What We’re Looking For: 5–6 years of solid experience in Software Quality Assurance . Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Salesforce-based e-commerce ecosystems. Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing .
