About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Conduct lead generation, cold calling, and outreach to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals and presentations.
Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Build a talent pool for future staffing needs by networking and market research.
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent matches.

Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in
business development, sales, recruitment, or a hybrid role
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities—balancing client acquisition with recruitment tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems (preferred).
