Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Anna Salai, Mount Road

Work Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-6 Years

Industry: IT Services / Software Development

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services domain.
Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
Conduct research to understand potential clients requirements and business objectives.
Support in drafting proposals, preparing presentations, and responding to client inquiries.
Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication with prospects via email and phone.
Update and manage the client database while tracking all lead interactions and progress.
Coordinate with the technical team for requirement clarification and solution discussions.
Learn, adapt, and apply sales processes, CRM tools, and best practices under senior mentorship.
Engage with US and Canada-based clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage professionally with international clients.
Experience or familiarity in dealing with US & Canada market clients will be a strong advantage.
A proactive attitude with willingness to learn modern sales techniques, tools, and industry practices.
Ability to work with targets, timelines, and structured processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, online bidding platforms, or other lead-generation tools is a plus.
