Job Description

Reception & Front Desk Management

Attend incoming calls, handle queries, and route calls to the concerned department.
Make outgoing calls to customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
Welcome and greet visitors/guests professionally and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Maintain visitor records and ensure the reception area is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments.
Handle basic administrative tasks and support office operations.

Business Development & Customer Interaction

Call potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM/records regularly.
Assist the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Share company product/service information with customers professionally.
Support marketing and promotional activities as required.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
Ability to multitask and handle work professionally.
