Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist and is located on-site in Bhubaneswar. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves maintaining and updating HR records, coordinating employee training programs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
