🧑 💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment (60% of the role), along with responsibilities in onboarding, payroll, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing end-to-end HR operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

🧲 Recruitment (60%)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and feedback logs
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness

🚪 Onboarding

  • Manage pre-joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions
  • Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining
  • Update employee records and HRMS

💳 Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll and coordinate with finance
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)

🗣️ Interview Coordination

  • Liaise with candidates and interview panels to schedule interviews
  • Share interview feedback and coordinate next steps
  • Assist in final selection and offer roll-out

✅ Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment
  • Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related field
