Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, located in Kandivali, Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will also handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of laws and compliance requirements
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in real estate or recruitment for sales-oriented roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, is an advantage
