Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Ludhiana. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Key tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, developing and posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of employment trends and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices
Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
Possession of organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in employer branding and workforce planning is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
