Hiring Alert: HR Recruiter | Multi Sector Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Immediate joining preferred Female candidates are encouraged to actively apply for the role We are growing FinTech organization, is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter (2-3 years experience) to drive non-tech and bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure a strong talent pipeline for operational & support roles. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across functions 2. Execute bulk hiring drives and meet hiring targets within timelines 3. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals Social Media & networking channels 4. Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and draft JDs 5. Screen, assess & shortlist candidates based on skill and cultural fit 6. Schedule interviews, maintain tracker reports & ensure strong follow-ups 7. Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns 8. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through smooth communication 9. Assist in HR activities including onboarding & engagement initiatives Requirements 1. Graduate degree in HR/Business or related field (preferred) 2. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-tech or volume hiring 3. Comfortable using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & sourcing tools 4. Strong stakeholder management, communication & negotiation skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles 6.
