The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for employee onboarding, HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and supporting daily operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and ensure timely updates Monitor attendance and leave records; manage absenteeism and provide actionable insights Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution as per policy Support and coordinate the performance appraisal process Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events and communication Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure employee awareness and compliance Support payroll coordination and ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements Requirements: 3-8 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance and labor laws Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Apply Now : HR Operations | HRs Hiring HRs
