Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Operations Specialist role located in Gurugram / West Delhi. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for employee onboarding, HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and supporting daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and ensure timely updates
• Monitor attendance and leave records; manage absenteeism and provide actionable insights
• Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution as per policy
• Support and coordinate the performance appraisal process
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events and communication
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure employee awareness and compliance
• Support payroll coordination and ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance and labor laws
• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
