Talent Acquisition - Alternative Investments & Financial Institutions

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment focused on hiring for Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, NBFCs, and other Financial Services roles.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for clients in PE/VC, IB, Wealth Management, NBFCs, and related financial institutions
• Understand job requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and build targeted talent pipelines
• Identify and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening, assess fitment, and coordinate client interviews
• Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Track progress through internal ATS / Excel and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving client needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive hiring strategies and improve closure rates

Requirements:

• 3 - 10 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in

  PE/VC, IB, or BFSI domains

• Ability to work on niche mandates with quick turnaround expectations
• Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
