Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws and company standards.

• Manage administrative operations such as office facilities, vendor contracts, and safety compliance.

• Lead employee engagement, training, and performance management programs.

• Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff for operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in handling payroll, employee relations, and grievance redressal.

Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and administrative workflows
