Role Overview We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media & SEO Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving our digital presence through engaging social media content and effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will manage daily content creation and publishing, analyze performance metrics, optimize website content for search engines, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and digital reach. Key Responsibilities • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). • Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive qualified traffic to the company website. • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and SEO performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute integrated digital campaigns. • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and effective. • Engage actively with the online community, addressing comments, messages, and brand-related queries promptly. Qualifications & Requirements • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and SEO strategy development and execution. • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling tailored for digital audiences. • Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar). • Excellent communication, creativity, and marketing skills. • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. • Prior experience in the financial services, gold industry, or retail is an added advantage.
