Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Human Resources specialist, you will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 1 year in similar roles. Effective communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Proficient in onboarding processes, ensuring new employees acclimate successfully into the organization (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong employee relations skills to manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with interview scheduling, coordinating between different departments and candidates to facilitate timely meetings.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company regulations and policies.
  • Competency in performance management by developing strategies to evaluate employees’ work and goals.
  • Capability to manage talent by identifying and developing key individuals for leadership roles within the company.
  • Ability to conduct compensation analysis to maintain industry competitiveness and ensure internal pay equity.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting preliminary interviews and assisting in decision-making.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, engaging with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Maintain positive employee relations by resolving workplace issues and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and interviewers to manage time effectively.
  • Oversee payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salary, taxes, and benefits.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to improve employee productivity and goal achievement.
  • Assist in talent management initiatives to identify and nurture potential leaders within the organization.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness in the company's remuneration policies.
