  13. Employee joining announcements
  14. Employee assessment and appraisal
  15. Assessment framework and implementation
  16. Continual employee assessment through manager
  17. Rewards and Recognition


Recruitment:

  1. Handles End to End Recruitment


Employee Engagement responsibilities:


Employee centric engagement:

  1. New employee joining announcement
  2. Employee anniversary announcement
  3. Employee birthday announcement
  4. Significant event announcement for employee[Birthdays/Work-Anniversaries]


Employee engagement across teams:

  1. Festival gifting
  2. Trivia and fun events on festivals and other days
  3. Get-togethers

Employee pulse check:

  1. Periodic one to one check-in calls with employees
  2. Grievance Handling
  3. Employee knows he/she can call the HR person in a non-biased manner to complaint about any individual with total confidentiality


Personal Skills:

Experience:

The person with min 5 to 6 years of HR experience should demonstrate

  • Should ideally have seen an appraisal cycle being executed
