As an experienced HR professional with 8-10 years of proven experience, ideally in logistics or full truck load (FTL), your role will involve overseeing recruitment and staffing for all logistics (FTL) positions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing employee relations and performance. Additionally, you will support training and development initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
