Moreover, you will collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and empower team leaders. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist in a growth-focused environment. Hands-on experience in managing compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws, as well as coordinating with consultants for audits and statutory filings, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic mindset for problem-solving and process improvement, are essential. Experience working in startups or fast-paced, scaling environments, as well as driving Organizational Development (OD), will be advantageous.
