Human Resources Manager

As an experienced and detail-oriented human resources manager with 4-8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities within the organization. Your main tasks will include: - Managing all HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance. - Collaborating closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. - Ensuring compliance with current employment laws and regulations and staying informed about any changes. - Overseeing staffing management, employee training, and performance improvement initiatives. - Fostering positive employee relations and contributing to a healthy organizational culture. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR generalist. - Strong knowledge of employment law and current HR regulations. - Demonstrated decision-making skills with expertise in employee relations, staffing, and training. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively multitask.
