Satya Skin & Hair Clinic, established in 2005, is a renowned medical facility specializing in hair restoration and dermatology treatments. Founded by Dr. Shaiil Gupta and Dr. Ruchi Agarwal, the clinic is dedicated to providing international quality care to patients. With a focus on excellence and patient satisfaction, the clinic has been a leader in the field for almost 20+ years.

Location: Sector 28 , Gurgaon.

Role Description

As a HR Manager, your job responsibiliies would include:

Talent Acquisition and Retention: Identify staffing needs, recruit top talent, and implement effective retention strategies.
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
Performance Evaluation: Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Resource Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to assess and fulfill staffing requirements.
Attendance Tracking: Monitor employee attendance, manage absences, and maintain accurate records.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on employee performance and HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience of atleast 2-3 years as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
