Job Description

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
Design and execute smooth onboarding and induction experiences.
Develop clear goal-setting and review frameworks.
Facilitate periodic performance discussions and feedback sessions.
Plan team-bonding activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.
Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Draft and update company policies in line with QUA’s values.

Qualifications

3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or startups.
Strong understanding of recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.
Empathetic, organised, and proactive- a people person with strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and high-growth environment.
