Job Description

HR Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
  • Design and execute smooth onboarding and induction experiences.
  • Develop clear goal-setting and review frameworks.
  • Facilitate periodic performance discussions and feedback sessions.
  • Plan team-bonding activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.
  • Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Draft and update company policies in line with QUA’s values.


Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or startups.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.
  • Empathetic, organised, and proactive- a people person with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and high-growth environment.
