ROLE SUMMARY / PURPOSE Responsible for daily sales operations, coordinating staff, achieving targets, managing offers/promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting growth of the parlour. RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage daily parlour sales and smooth operations. · Track and achieve sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly). · Plan, implement, and monitor offers & promotions. · Ensure staff communicate offers effectively to customers. · Co-ordinate stock availability, especially during promotions. · Train and motivate staff for upselling & customer service. · Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally. · Maintain records of sales, offers, and customer feedback. · Prepare sales & offer performance reports for management. · Support events and activities to increase footfall. Requirements: · Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing (preferred). • 1–2 years’ experience in sales. • Strong communication, reporting & coordination skills. • Knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer operations. • Ability to manage team, offers, and multitask. • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
