Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Invoice & Payment Processing: Receive, process, and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing key financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledgers and various accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the creation of budgets and financial forecasts, and track performance against them. Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, particularly regarding deducted and collected taxes like TDS and GST. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Cost Analysis: Help in analyzing cost reduction action items and expenses across different departments. Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
