Job Summary: The HR Manager will be a key partner to the plant leadership team, responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring strict compliance with all central and state labour laws in India, managing industrial relations, and implementing HR policies that enhance employee engagement, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and regulations, including the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, and others. Oversee the timely and accurate calculation, deduction, and deposit of all statutory contributions such as Employees' Provident Fund ( PF ), Employees' State Insurance ( ESIC ), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF). Manage the filing of all periodic statutory returns (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) and maintain all necessary statutory registers and records in an audit-ready format. Liaise effectively with government and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits. Employee & Industrial Relations (IR): Serve as the primary liaison between management and the labour force, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment. Manage the formal grievance redressal mechanism, ensuring all employee complaints and issues are handled promptly, objectively, and in accordance with company policy and labour laws.
