Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: Receive, process, and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing key financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledgers and various accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the creation of budgets and financial forecasts, and track performance against them.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, particularly regarding deducted and collected taxes like TDS and GST.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Cost Analysis: Help in analyzing cost reduction action items and expenses across different departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is often required.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software and other relevant financial systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and explain transactions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with Indian companies' law and tax regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
