Qua is a power-dressing brand for modern women. As we expand, we seek enthusiastic visual designers to join our team. NOTE - We are NOT looking for freelancers or agencies. This role is FULL-TIME, ON-LOCATION ONLY. Responsibilities Develop and design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing, social media, website, and email campaigns. Edit short and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and event promotions. Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading Develop GIFs and other motion-based content to enhance engagement. Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content creation. Use AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, and Adobe Firefly) to generate various visual concepts. Ensure all visual assets align with QUA’s brand identity, enhancing brand consistency and appeal across all touchpoints. Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to bring concepts to life with strong visuals. Stay updated on design trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences to keep QUA’s visuals fresh, modern, and aligned with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication Design or related field 1+ years of experience in video creation/editing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Experience with AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly , or similar) is a strong plus. Excellent eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and a strong understanding of design principles.
