Job Title: HR Manager

Work Experience: 4+ years

Salary: upto 4.8 Lpa

Working Days- 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, and performance appraisals.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support effective workforce planning.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.

• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.

• Conduct employee induction, maintain HR records, and handle grievance management.

• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.

• Manage attendance and employee leaves.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 4–6 years) in HR operations and recruitment.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
