Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced female HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing HR operations aligned with company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires
  • Work with department heads to forecast staffing needs

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee concerns professionally
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions

3. HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment, health, and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel and confidential data

4. Payroll & Attendance Oversight:

  • Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and timesheets
  • Handle exit formalities and full-and-final settlements

5. Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for staff development
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with 2+ years in an HR leadership position
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, retail, or corporate environments
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR)
  • Multilingual abilities (optional, based on company needs)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
