Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Prayagraj. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment.

• HR Management and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of performance management and compliance
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Experience in overseeing employee benefits and conducting training and development programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Prayagraj
