Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining employee records; designing and implementing company policies; and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and promote company values to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in recruitment, selection, and employee orientation
• Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Proven skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
