Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment & onboarding (India, U.S., Turkey).
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, local tax laws).
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRMS (GreytHR).
  • Drive training, development, and policy updates.
  • Handle HR administration for Chennai office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin (HR certifications preferred).
  • 57 years HR experience, 23 years in managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws; exposure to U.S. & Turkey compliance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
