Role Description

This is a freelance, remote role

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screenings and technical interviews
• Evaluate IT/technical backgrounds and skillsets effectively
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
• Provide a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• IT background is a must

  (education or work experience)
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and IT hiring processes
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field preferred

Compensation

💰 Payout: ₹300 per successful selection

(No fixed pay, purely selection-based payout model)
