Job Description

Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by identifying and developing new business sources within the allocated geography, maintaining strong relationships with sources, and ensuring the overall efficiency and productivity of the designated area.


Key Responsibilities:

Area / Geography Mapping

  • Conduct regular mapping of the assigned area at lane-to-lane level.
  • Identify potential business sources within the allocated geography.
  • Report progress to the reporting manager during daily team huddles.

Required Competencies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned geography.
  • Ability to plan and segment the area effectively.
  • Skilled in using tools and resources for source identification.

  • Enhance customer experience through consistent engagement and service delivery.
  • Cross-sell products where appropriate and assist with required documentation.
  • Handle objections effectively and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.

Required Competencies:

  • Knowledge of all relevant loan products and competing offerings.
  • Understanding of KYC, legal, and technical documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency in analysing credit documents and determining eligibility.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

    Geography Mapping, Sales Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Prior experience in home loan sales or financial services preferred.
  • Strong communication and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related tools.
