Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, managing employee benefits and compensation, and addressing employee concerns. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to support organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations Experience in developing HR policies and conducting performance reviews Familiarity with labor laws and regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage employee benefits and compensation plans Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar role is desirable
