Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth across multiple regions in India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales management, channel development, and revenue generation. The role involves achieving individual sales targets while expanding business opportunities and managing client relationships effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned individual sales targets within the designated time frame.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and channel partners across regions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer account management.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and brand visibility.

Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

4–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a Pan-India role.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel extensively across India.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
