Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing:Overseeing the entire process from job analysis and advertisement to candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
• Onboarding and Training:Guiding new employees through the onboarding process and developing training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Employee Relations:Managing the relationship between employees and the company, including resolving minor disputes and promoting a constructive work environment.
• Policy Development and Compliance:Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Performance Management:Overseeing employee performance appraisal systems and working with management to set goals and improve performance.
• Compensation and Benefits:Administering and designing employee compensation and benefits packages and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• HR Strategy:Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive talent management.

Qualifications

• Education

  :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Experience

  :Proven track record in HR leadership, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
