As a Senior Recruiter with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the staffing function through the development and implementation of staffing programs in a specific business unit or department. Your primary focus will be on non-IT hiring, specifically in the area of Strategy Consulting Hiring. Your essential functions will include working closely with management to source, select, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques while ensuring compliance with company policies and diversity hiring goals. You will also provide guidance to junior members of the staffing team, write job postings, review applications, conduct interviews, and manage applicant flow. Additionally, you will be required to create and coordinate job advertising, attend job fairs, and develop relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to identify potential candidates. Collaborating with external recruiters and employment agencies, utilizing online recruiting sources, and establishing partnerships with various agencies will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide coaching and counseling to business leaders, assist in establishing staffing objectives, and train line management on the recruitment and selection process.
