HR Manager – MyHealthBuddy Type: Full-time Experience: 5–8 years About Us At MyHealthBuddy, we’ve transformed the lives of over 75,000 clients — primarily women — through evidence-based online health coaching. We’re now expanding through Omama, India’s first dedicated range of postpartum healing clinics. With a 140+ strong remote-first team and growing fast, we’re looking for an HR Manager to help us scale smartly, mindfully, and culturally right. What You’ll Own 1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Ops • Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles: remote coaches, clinic physios, wellness coordinators, sales, marketing, and beyond. • Design efficient hiring funnels and SOPs for screening, onboarding, and training to welcome new talent seamlessly. • Set up onboarding, and training SOPs for new team members 2. Policy & HR Systems • Draft and implement HR policies (leaves, conduct, protocols, etc.), & government compliances • Own HR operations, documentation, employee lifecycle management through the HRMS tool • Develop performance management systems and metrics to reflect the diverse set of talent and growth What We’re Looking For • 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in fast-scaling startups or health/wellness/retail • Strong written + verbal communication skills • Someone who’s both strategic and execution-driven — can design systems and roll up their sleeves • Deep belief in compassionate leadership, mental health, and people-first growth What You’ll Get • Exposure to both digital and physical org models • Flat, founder-friendly structure with open communication • Opportunity to be part of something meaningful — helping mothers and families heal better To Apply: Send your CV + a short note about why this role excites you to careers (at hr@myhealthbuddy.co) Show more Show less
