Job Description

After a successful launch in Gurgaon, Omama India’s first postpartum healing clinic — is expanding to Defence Colony, Delhi. We are looking for a Business Coordinator (Front desk, operations assistant) who will be the face of Omama, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors and clients. Role & responsibilities Front Desk and Customer Interaction - Greet and assist clients, visitors and staff with warmth and professionalism - Manage appointments, bookings and inquiries via calls, Whatsapp and emails - Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere at the reception area Operations and Administrative Support - Handle scheduling and coordination for therapists, sessions and consultations - Maintain client records, feedback and follow-ups in an organized manner - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers for smooth operations - Ensure facility is well-maintained, clean and stocked with necessary supplies. - Assist in basic invoicing, billing and payment tracking Qualifications and Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in front desk, customer service and operational role Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Warm, friendly and professional outlook Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs and WhatsApp Business Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in wellness, healthcare or hospitality is a plus Why join us? - Be part of a unique, women-centric wellness initiative - Work in a positive, supportive and empathetic environment - Growth opportunities with our expanding ecosystem Show more Show less
