Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end Recruitment

  : Domestic and International
• HR Operations: Payroll, Attendance, Compliance, ESIC, PF, Grievance Handling
• Employee Engagement & Discipline on shop floor and office
• Performance Management: Accountability culture, KRAs & reviews
• Develop HR Policies, SOPs and Training
• Support management in scaling business & handling admin functions

Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years

  of HR experience (manufacturing company)
• Strong understanding of labour law and Statutory Compliance
• Ability to take

  responsibility

  — not just follow instructions
• Comfortable managing workers + executives together
• Excellent communication, negotiation & people-handling skills
• Must be physically present in office —

  not a remote/recruitment-only job

Duration:

• Candidates who avoid responsibility or only want a “comfortable HR role”
• Only recruitment background — no experience with compliance & shop-floor HR
• Looking for remote/WFH

• CV-based experts without real execution capability

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Variable Component

• 3-Month Probation Period
