Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and fearless individual based to act as our representative for a long-term project. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying & meeting new clients and representing MVTEX Science Industries internationally into new untapped markets. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and contacting potential clients and partners internationally. Create and implement effective business development strategies tailored to niche markets. Develop a blueprint for new territories with the guidance of company seniors. Candidate Profile: Knowledge of the sales process and market dynamics in International Markets Smart, quick thinker, and fearless in approaching new contacts Willingness to travel and work flexible hours Company Policies: 1. Interview Process Please note that if you are selected as an ideal candidate during the interview this does not guarantee employment. All candidates must complete the training process (7 days) at our head office. 2. Training Requirements Training Duration: All selected candidates are required to complete a mandatory training program for 7 days at our headquarters in Ambala Cantt (Haryana) Training Evaluation: Only candidates who pass the training will be eligible to receive a formal job offer at the end of the training. Company Support: The company will cover your travel expenses from your city to our head office and accommodation (Food Excluded) for the training period. 3. Relocation If you are offered a position after successfully completing the training, you will be required to relocate to our head office location for an initial period of 12 months 4. Compensation Structure The role is target-based; therefore, the salary will be structured as a fixed plus variable pay: Fixed Salary: You will receive 80% of your total salary monthly. • Variable Salary: The remaining 20% of your total salary will be performance-based and contingent upon achieving your targets • This variable component will be paid at the end of every three months, allowing for a manageable approach to target completion.
