Job Description

Role Overview:


The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR operations of both Music Ville Pvt. Ltd. and Duratech Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. This includes handling recruitment, employee management, policy implementation, and performance evaluations across multiple branches of Music Ville and Duratech’s business. The HR Manager will also be expected to develop new systems, ensure adherence to company targets, and foster a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Staffing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both companies.

• Identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring across various branches of Music Ville and Duratech.

• Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.


2. HR Policies & System Implementation:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Create and enforce systems for effective work management and employee evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.


3. Employee Management & Development:

• Supervise employee performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Organize training programs for skill enhancement and system improvements.

• Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work culture.


4. Performance Monitoring & Target Evaluation:

• Set performance benchmarks and evaluate individual and team performance against targets.

• Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics and employee productivity.


5. HR Strategy & Growth:

• Collaborate with management to design strategies for workforce optimization.

• Assist in organizational growth through effective HR management and team development.


Skills & Qualifications:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multi-branch or multi-location business environment.

• Strong understanding of HR systems, recruitment, and employee management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to implement new systems and drive organizational changes.

• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Additional Information:


The HR Manager will be based in Samta Colony, Raipur, but may require occasional travel to different branch locations as necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff in multiple locations and be capable of driving productivity and performance across the organization.



Company:

Job Location: Samta Colony, Raipur.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.
