Human Resources Manager

As a proactive and experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions at our manufacturing facility. Your primary duties will include managing recruitment, compliance, employee relations, training & development, and performance management to ensure a productive and legally compliant work environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, focusing on blue-collar, technical, and plant staff. Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution will be crucial to maintaining a harmonious workplace. Ensuring adherence to labour laws and factory compliance regulations, such as the Factory Act and Minimum Wages Act, will be part of your regular tasks. Developing and implementing effective HR policies related to discipline, safety, and code of conduct will be essential. You will oversee the induction and onboarding process for new employees and organize regular training and development programs to enhance the capability of the workforce. Additionally, you will prepare and present monthly HR MIS reports to senior management and lead the Performance Appraisal Process, including setting up KRA/KPIs and feedback mechanisms. To excel in this role, you should have an MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations is required, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software will be an advantage.
