Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for driving talent acquisition to attract top professionals and ensure a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will need to foster a positive workplace culture and effectively resolve employee concerns. Partnering with management to develop strategies for talent retention and career development will be crucial. You will also collaborate with the Business Development team to align HR strategies with company growth goals. Maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with legal standards will be part of your role. Conducting performance evaluations, training, and skill development programs will also be among your key responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in Human Resource Management (2+ years preferred). - Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance. - Business Development skills or experience in supporting organizational growth is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
