Role Overview As a Front Office Executive at Safire Residency, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out. This role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy in handling bookings and payments, and responsiveness to guest needs, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy, budget-hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures quickly and courteously. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS (Property Management System). Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options. Coordinate guest requirements with housekeeping and other support teams. Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism. Accurately handle billing, invoicing, and secure payment transactions (cash, UPI, credit card). Address guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the manager when required. Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment at all times. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates). Prior experience in front office operations (budget or city hotels preferred). Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage. Good computer skills, including MS Office and hotel PMS software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
