Role Overview

As a Front Office Executive at Safire Residency, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out. This role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy in handling bookings and payments, and responsiveness to guest needs, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy, budget-hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures quickly and courteously.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS (Property Management System).
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Coordinate guest requirements with housekeeping and other support teams.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.
• Accurately handle billing, invoicing, and secure payment transactions (cash, UPI, credit card).
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the manager when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Prior experience in front office operations (budget or city hotels preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and hotel PMS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
