Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Erode. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties and carrying out front office tasks on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, managing scheduling, and providing excellent customer service. The Executive will also support administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with office management software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus
