Role Description

We are looking for a full-time on-site Area Sales Manager to join our team in Erode. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, setting and meeting sales targets, providing product presentations to clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute effective strategies. The role involves tracking market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing account plans to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Territory Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Strong Planning, Problem-Solving, and Goal-Setting Abilities
• Knowledge of the apparel industry, including understanding product lines such as corporate wear and sportswear
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to adapt and work in fast-paced environments
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
