Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Senior Content/ Graphics Designer , specializing in poster design, to join our team. The role calls for someone who can combine artistic flair with strategic thinking—turning Ayurveda’s wisdom and the natural beauty of our retreats into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop visually striking and brand-aligned posters for promotions, events, Ayurveda education, guest information, seasonal campaigns, and on-site décor.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold Nattika’s visual identity across all touchpoints, enhancing recognition and emotional connection with guests.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create concepts that embody the spirit of Ayurveda, wellness, and Nattika’s tranquil environments.
• Content Adaptation: Tailor designs for multiple formats—print, digital screens, newsletters, and social media—while ensuring maximum impact and clarity.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of design trends, Ayurveda and wellness themes, and competitor visuals to introduce fresh, contemporary ideas.
• Feedback & Refinement: Work closely with management and the marketing team to refine visuals and deliver polished, impactful designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (certifications in digital tools are a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a professional design role, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is a plus.
• Design Sensibility: Strong foundation in color theory, typography, composition, and wellness-inspired aesthetics.
• Creativity: Ability to translate ideas and themes into elegant, meaningful designs that resonate with a global audience.
• Detail Orientation: High degree of precision in layout, formatting, and finishing.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to take direction and contribute ideas.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
